Rental of own-access apartments in a private paradise amongst Monferrato's hills, at the discovery of the green weeks.

We are Nucci e Franco, together with lots of animals, ducks, rabbits, and peacocks.
Cascina San Martino is located in the sweet hills of lower Piedmont: Monferrato, not far from Alba, Asti, Alessandria, Acqui Terme, Turin, Genova. amongst vineyards and hazel-nut trees.
We have a cellar, just near the vineyard, where the wine of the house is stored for refinement.
It is possible to taste and, if you like it, to buy our wine. It is a Barbera d’Asti d.o.c.g.
Our wine comes from our privately-run vineyard. It is fully naturally grown,
made in our cellar and bottled by us.
Cascina San Martino has three apartments with bedroom, bathroom, living room & kitchen, terrace or lodges or garden.
Cost s and conditions depend on period of the year
3-Hole practice Golf course, hammam, sauna, billiards room.
30'minutes flight over Monferrato's hills and castles, on board of an ultralight aircraft flown by the owner Franco.
