Detached villa located in countryside environment in Alagoas, Montinhos da Luz, 2 km from Burgau and also from Praia da Luz, where one finds supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops, as well as excellent beaches. Faro airport is approx. 95 km distant.
In a quiet location and separated by more than 50 m from next neighbours, house is furnished in an easy but comfortable manner, and consists of living room with TV, fireplace, a double sofabed and dining area, 2 double rooms, 2 shower rooms, equipped kitchen and roof terrace with a room with an extra double bed that can be used as a bedroom if required. The detached house is surrounded by fruit trees, a private swimming pool (kidney shaped, max. length 12.5m, max. wide 5m), terrace and BBQ. There is parking place for 2 cars.
