VILLA ELBE - APARTMAN

Apartment is for four people. It is located on the first floor. From the atrium leads into the hallway which lies in the central part of the living space, and on its end is the living room. The corridor divides the space into southern and northern part. In the southern part there are two bedrooms, each with a balcony. In the northern part of the kitchen, dining room and bathroom. Two cots available on request. In the garden are a small swimming pool, garden furniture and barbecue. Parking is available for two cars.

The apartment offers views of the sea, the Great Gate, Cres, Krk and Rijeka on the one hand, and on the other side of the slopes of U?ka.
The apartment is only 150 meters from the children's beach Cipera and small rocky beach, 800 m from the public beach and 2.5 km from the pebble beach in Medveja. The seaside promenade, 7 km long, connects Lovran with Ika, Icici, Opatija and Volosko.
For those ,who besides the sea and sun, love hiking, long walks on the shady slopes, biking or horseback riding on the well-maintained trails through deep woods at only 1.5 km from the apartments is the Nature Park U?ka.
Apart if from shops and markets located 50 m, from the bank and bus stop 70 m, and the post office and pharmacy 100 m. Within 150 m there are several excellent restaurants and a tavern with a rich and varied range of dishes.
