FINCA MOLINO LOS ARCOS

Finca in very calm situation off the tourism, domestic animals suitably
The Finca 'Molino los Arcos' is a very calm all around reconditioned Andalusian watermill located off the tourism trails. The mill belongs to an approximately three hectares large property which is to be found 615 m above the sea level. The detached holiday house with approximately 160 m² floor space is well isolated against heat and cold weather and provides two inner courts and three bedrooms, a roomy open kitchen with view of the terrace, a bath with shower, a bath with bath tub and a large living range that is comfortably furnished. There is a large table at which the whole family finds place and a cosy corner. The sleeping area is reachable by a round elbow door in the rear part of the house separated from the living area. Before the house the considered terrace is among other things with a bricked seat. Also after the sunset a wonderful place of residence under clear starlit sky for unimpaired deep breathing and easing.
The Finca is situated in the valley of the Sierra Alhamilla in a very calm situation. There is no motor traffic. In 10 minutes foot march you reach the mountain village Huebro with a typical Spanish restaurant. Approximately 3 km underneath the mill is the small town Nijar with purchasing possibilities. The nature park Cabo de Gata with marvellous beaches is at a distance of 25 km. (Films like "˜The Baron of Muenchhausen' and scenes of "˜Indiana Jones' were done here.)
