VILLA HELENA MIT POOL

The house of 100 sq.m is located on a property of about 4500 sq.m. The villa is suitable for 6 persons. The villa is equipped with all modern comforts. The garden is equipped with garden furniture, parasols, loungers and a brick barbecue. There is a parking space available. The Villa Helena combines traditional architecture and modern, comfortably equipment.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining area, living room, a bathroom and a bedroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom (one bedroom with a rooftop terrace). All rooms enjoy sea views. The pool is surrounded by a large sundeck.

Each bedroom has a TV. Cleaning of the villa with changing of the towels and bed linen once a week, twice, if requested. German-speaking assistance on site!

Massage and Reiki: Our friend Jan, masseur and Reiki master, offers relaxing massages to an affordable rate.

Even though there is no private beach, even during high season you find 'private spots' at the miles-long beaches. The beaches of Giorgiopouli are about 12 km long. Some small parts are farmed. Large parts are sandy beaches; few are pebble and stone beaches...

For stays of more than 7 nights, an intermediate cleaning in the middle of the booked time is included. If desired, several intermediate cleanings, or intermediate cleanings for shorter stays can be organized.Ask us! 1 Gardener and final cleaning inclusive.
