DETAILED INFORMATION OF THE AREA
The whole area is covered with vineyards and olive trees and is
situated near the small village Mertidi.
The distance from the beautiful shores of Egion is only 7-8 Km.
Starting from this place, the well known archaeological sites
Delphi, Olympia and Epidaurus are within 2 hours drive, while
Patras and Helmos ski center are within 1 hour drive.
The area is also recommended for mountain activities. The
picturesque paths are ideal for wandering and biking. The
very famous Vouraikos gorge, as well as the lake caves at
Kastria, Kalavrita, is highly recommended.
