You are invited to visit our beautiful second home overlooking the 11 mile waterway and two fairways of the George Fazio course, one of three golf courses in Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. It has a world class tennis complex, 3 golf courses, 11 miles of waterway for paddling, a general store & several fine restaurants.

There's easy access to 12 miles of broad Atlantic Ocean beaches. Walk or ride our bikes 1/2 mile to - and on - the beach and more than 30 miles of paved paths linking all parts of our beautiful Island.

Our villa is an end unit with lots of natural light and magnificent views over the waterway and the George Fazio golf course. The deck, which overlooks the 3rd and 7th fairways, provides mile long water vistas while the dining room has a view of the 7th green and waterway. As you will see, 2 pools and 3 free clay courts are across a footbridge over the water.

Our home has 1475 sq. ft. on ground level. The living room has HDTV, DVD, CD, VCR and cassette players. The dining table seats 7. Our fully equipped kitchen includes breakfast nook and laundry. Air conditioning and all major appliances are covered by warranties and updated regularity.

We have two bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has king size bed, walk in closet, en suite bathroom with walk in tiled shower; HDTV, DVD and sliding door to deck.

The guest bedroom has twin beds, a futon (sleeping 3 in comfort) double closet, computer desk & printer, HDTV, DVD and adjacent 4 piece bath.

Public WiFi and private Ethernet Internet connections are available.

The villa has beach chairs, books, music and videos.

It is "no smoking" and "no pets" as some of our guests may be allergic.

Dolphin watch and other cruises are available from nearby Shelter Cove. A professional centre for the performing and visual arts is there, as are several restaurants and two shopping plazas.

We are served by two airports, Savannah/Hilton Head International (SAV) and Hilton Head Island (HHH)
