SPLENDIDA VISTA MARE

We are at Capo Vaticano sited at 8 km from Tropea on the Ricadi's Bay of Santa Maria.
This coastline is famous for it's beautiful beaches.
The French magazine 'Les Grands Voyageurs' sees Capo Vaticano among the 100 most beautiful beaches in the world. TripAdvisor has also added to the beach of Tropea in 2013 ranking among the 10 most beautiful in Italy

The property is composed of two small adjacent houses enclosed in a big (approximately 1500 mq) fenced garden where you can spend your time by reading a book, playing cards, or having a barbecue with friends.

The first small house has 4 apartments (2 on each floor) composed of two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a big covered veranda with a beautiful view to the sea.

The second small house has an apartment on the groudfloor composed of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen, a living room and a gazebo with a table and some chairs where you can have an excellent view of the sea.There is also a small lawn with some deck chairs where you can sunbathe.

A coin-operated washing machine and two outdoor showers are at the shared disposal of all guests.
You may park your car on the fenced property.

During your stay we are always available to give you any kind of information and solve your practical problems encountered.

During summer the east coast touristically well organized: boat tours to the Aeolian islands, water sports, nightlife, scuba diving, horse riding, excursions.

In the surrounding villages, there is always a party or you find the characteristics and unusual gastronomic and other products.

When the weather is sunny and sky is particularly clean you can see Aeolian Islands, the street of Messina and sometimes the Etna Volcano.
You can enjoy yourself also to see beautiful sunsets.

The apartment is at the feet of a headland (around 80 mt above the sea) sited at 350 mt from the sea. It takes ten minutes on walk to reach the sea.
You can arrive to the seaside on walk by taking a steep descent of about 250 mt. There are guests who reach the seaside on foot. On the contrary there are some other who prefer going by car.

If you like local products we can give producers or farmers ourselves we will supply vegetables, fruits, oil, cheese and typical meats, and also supermarkets where you can find all the usual products. Once a week passes fisherman fishmonger, but there fishmongers and butchers in the village.
