CASA DO MIRADOURO

The spacious studio is part of 'Casa do Miradouro', a recent construction from 2014. There are 2 very spacious units (50m2) - Appartment Pitanga and studio Nespera - which are located at the seafront (altitude 97m) in the village of Ponta Delgada - the most sunny and warmest spot on the North Coast of Madeira. Both enjoy amazing panoramic views of the ocean (all the way to Porto Moniz), as well as beautiful mountain scenery. Just behind the property there's a traditional Madeiran vineyard. The property has an infinity pool, and is tiled with a nice flower of life. There are no electric cables hanging in front, all the views are unobstructed...a rarity on Madeira. Whether you take a dive in the pool, relax your muscles in the sauna, or enjoy a bubble massage in the jacuzzi, Casadomiradouro is always inviting. The house was designed by an architect with environmental sustainability in mind (solar panels, cork insulation, natural materials, biological garden,...). It carries an A+ label. The studio Nespera - on the first floor - was designed with your enjoyment in mind! The large windows from floor to ceiling let the sunlight in and ensure you enjoy the all-round views. The large balcony / terrace offers great views on the ocean and the mountains. The windows are slightly tinted to make sure your privacy is intact.
