The house offers comfort for 6 adults and 2 children and is ideal for family holidays. The surrounding area is peaceful and close enough to the sea and beach and the amenities of the city.
On the ground floor there is the open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, the spacious living room overlooking the sea and exit to the pool terrace. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.
Upstairs are three bedrooms with kingsize box spring beds, and en-suite bathroom each. Each bedroom has its own terrace with seating and sea views. All rooms are air-conditioned and fitted with satellite TV. Free Wifi is available throughout the house.
Outside there is the heated 24m² swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, as well as an outdoor shower, barbecue and seating.
In the basement of the house is also a billiard, pool table.
