LA FERME MIT PRIVATEM POOL

La Ferme, is the imposing original farmhouse is for 6-8 guests on the manorial Domaine Lou Couder. The building from the 18th Century has kept the charm of the past and has all the comforts of today. The thick walls are constructed from the ocher stone of the region; a house in which, far from the daily rush, one feels at home.

On the ground floor is the kitchen with breakfast room, a living/dining room (50 m²) with large fireplace and the original stone floor and oak beams, a bedroom with 28 m² (double bed 1.6x2.0 m), a bath and a separate toilet

Upstairs are two additional bedrooms (double beds, 1.6x2.0 m) each with a separate bathroom and toilet. One of these bedrooms has his adjoining room with two beds(90x190).

La Ferme has its own outside swimming pool (8x4 m), a covered patio and a garden grill at the edge of the estate park.
The Domain Lou Couder sits in Périgord Noir, at the edge of Bordeaux region, one of the most historic and cultural areas of Europe. Prehistoric caves, Middle Age towns and villages, castles, chateaux and Bastides dot the landscape together with vast expanses of undisturbed nature.

Kitchen: Kitchen is furnished withe refrigerator with freezer compartments, 4-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and coffe machine, washing machine.
Garden furniture: first class garden furniture including a sun bed for each guest.

Sheets and towels: Fresh sheets and towels are provided each week.
