The 190 m² premium chalet is particularly suitable for discerning nature mountain lovers. The highlight of this accommodation is its quiet, secluded location with views of the Oberdrautal mountains. With high-quality furnishings, 3 bedrooms and plenty of space, our newly renovated farmhouse is particularly popular with families and groups.

The house is situated high above the village of Greifenburg, directly on the tarmac road to the Emberger Alm. The Emberger Alm is a small family ski area with ski bus and ski school in winter and an ideal starting point for alpine and summit hikes in summer.


Pricing:

- The daily prices are staggered depending on the number of persons and the season. The prices quoted are based on 6 people.
- The price range from 2 to 9 persons is: NS € 180 to € 430, HS € 240 to € 490), New Year's Eve € 660 to € 750)
- Reduction for children
- Minimum stay: 4 nights; New Year's Eve 7 nights
- Electricity, water, wood, bed linen, WiFi up to 600 MBit/s, 4x smart TVs, kitchen utensils and final cleaning included
- Local tax and regional card with discounts in the region including free train travel throughout Carinthia to Lienz included.
- In winter the ski bus to the Emberger Alm is included. Please book the day before!
The total price does not include catering for up to 9 people. The local tax is included in the price.
