The corner-bungalow "La Alhaja" is located on a little hill with excellent sea view in the Comunidad "Florida Park", a small estate of residential holiday homes in a quiet, park type area with a large swimming pool in the centre. The town and the beaches can be reached in 15 - 20 min. walking distance; the next restaurant is only 200 m away.
The upper part has 2 bedrooms with aircon for 4 people, a bathroom and a living room with American kitchen, in total 73 m2.
The lower part has an additional apartment (39 m2) which can also be rented, or it stays empty and closed. It consists of 1 bedroom (2 people) with TV- corner, bathroom and kitchen.
In addition several terraces, a carport and a subtropical garden with two small fish ponds belong to the house.
The house is equipped with:
central heating, fast internet, air-condition in 2 bedrooms, dish washer, Sat- and Smart-TV with Netflix + Youtube, safe, radio with CD-player, washing machine, refrigerator, coffee - machine, microwave, toaster, several ventilators, flat-iron etc..
Pets are in general not allowed!
