Casa Bouganville is located in a central area of ??Santa Teresa Gallura. Despite its location inside the town, it borders the countryside and overlooks the marina. From the house, you can admire the sea and, on clear days, the characteristic Aragonese Tower and the Corsican coast on the horizon.

Casa Bouganville comprises a double bedroom with a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a TV and double bed, a third spacious bedroom with joinable single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a second bathroom with shower, a large covered veranda furnished with a table and chairs and opening glass doors, sofas (one of which can be converted into a bed), a sink, a hot outdoor shower, and a barbecue. A private garden faces the front of the house.
