The property is situated in the city center, about 984 foot from Piazza del Popolo and the Teatro Comunale "Vittoria Colonna" Unesco property.
At about 5 miles from the airport of Comiso.
At about 9 miles from "Montalbano's house" about 18 miles from the Baroque of Ragusa Ibla and all of the places in which Montalbano's series has been filmed. At 6 miles from the sandy beaches of Scoglitti and the Museum and Archaeological Site of Kamarina. The structure Mari's Holiday Home is composed by three bedrooms, all located on the 1st floor, and a bathroom with a tub. Two double rooms and a bedroom.
On the 2nd floor there is a large kitchen (4-burner stove, microwave, fridge), bathroom with shower and a nice lounge with a sofa that provides a view on the terrace.
The property offers, for free, offers the use of a further family structure equitted with a swimming pool with sun terrace, a large garden with olive trees and carob to relax and a great barbecue to cook local seafood, sausage, meat, etc. All of this just a few miles away from Mari's home.
