This lovely holiday home for 7-8 persons in the Francoli district of Empuriabrava consists of a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning (cold/warm), a comfortable sofa set, a table with chairs and a wifi connection.

The bedrooms are divided as follows:

Ground floor
• 1 French double bed of 1,40m, with shower and sink in the room.

Upper floor
• 1 small Spanish size double bed of 1,35m
• 1 King size double bed of 1,80m
• 2 twin/single beds of 90cm each
• 1 bath room with shower, toilet and 2 sinks
• South facing terrace/large balcony.

In summer, you can dine outside (ground floor) on the covered terrace at the large table with chairs at any time of the day, regardless of the weather.
The 4 x 8m private pool with ph regulation and new aquabike is heated continuously from mid of April to end of Octobre. The terrace surrounded by laurel bushes with deckchairs completes the offer of this holiday home "Villa Les Lauriers".

A car can be parked in the garage and another one in the driveway of the private property which is fenced all around. Bed linen, towels and a baby cot can either be brought by yourself or optionally rented for a small fee. 1-2 small animals are allowed (cat/dog).
