Beautiful spacious and modern villa of 170m², split air conditioning (hot & cold), with private heated pool in the quiet sector Pení (Pani). Near the beach, downtown shops and restaurants.

The villa is composed of a kitchen open to the living room of 50m² with dining area, a large smart TV with flat screen (French TNT, foreign channels), a sofa, a large dining table and an equipped open kitchen. An air-conditioned bedroom with a 160cm double bed and en suite bathroom (walk in shower, toilet and basin). Another air conditioned bedroom with a 180cm double bed (2x 90cm) with view on the swimming pool. A bedroom with twin beds (2x 90cm). A separate bathroom with bath tub, basin and toilet. The air conditioned studio is attached to the villa and accessible by an external entrance; it is equipped with a 160cm double bed and an en suite bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and basin.

On the first floor, accessible by the external staircase, an air conditioned studio of 25 m² with a 180cm double bed (2x 90cm), a sofa of 140cm, a flat screen TV, a bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.
The private 20m² terrace is facing South and equipped with modern garden furniture and a small table.

On the ground floor, there is a large private swimming pool, a pleasant summer lounge, deckchairs, a large table for 12 people for evening meals near the barbecue, a covered terrace of 20m².
South facing area of 80m² around the heated swimming pool (8.70m x 3.30m, 1.10m-1.40m depth, 27m²) with hydromassage jets integrated at the pool's entrance steps. The pool is heated from mid of April until end of Octobre. A waterfall / cascade is scattered in the pool.
Parking for two vehicles at the entry of the fenced property.
