Our detached villa 'Los Leudis' is located on a little hill, partially covered with pine trees with a lovely view of Moraira and the sea. The area is off the main roads with very little traffic. The centre of the town and the beaches can be reached in 10 - 15 min walking, the next supermarket/ restaurant is only 400 m away.
The villa (about 140 sqm) has 2 bedrooms with aircon for 4 people, a separate apartment for 2 more people, 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite), a modern kitchen with storage room, a large living room with integrated dining area, a glazed and several open terraces, a swimming pool with shower and a barbecue, a carport with a lock in front of the house and a subtropical garden.
The house is furnished with a cosy mix of German and Spanish furniture.
The house is equipped with:
central heating with hot water, fast internet, air-condition in 2 bedrooms, Sat- and Smart-TV with Netflix + Youtube, Video, radio with CD-player, washing machine, dishwasher, big refrigerator with deep freeze, coffee-machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, egg-cooker, several ventilators, flat-iron etc..
Pets are not allowed!

Important: In case that the villa is already booked in your preferred period a similar villa with the same standards can be offered as an alternative.
