The "Villa Luis Carlos" accommodates 6 adults and children's. It is set in a quiet area surrounded by open countryside dotted with other holiday homes. It is less than 10 minutes on foot to the beaches of Praia da Gale and Salgados or the Herdade dos Salgados golf course.
The private grounds with surrounding lawn for the swimming pool area contains the villa, built on two floors, various patios and parking space for one car. On the upper floor are two bathrooms and two bedrooms (one double, one with twin beds) each bedroom with outside terraces affording spectacular views. One bedroom has a private bathroom.
There is one double bedroom on the ground floor, fully equipped kitchen, and living room with dining area for 8 persons, sofa bed, 2 armchairs, satellite TV and DVD player, also a bathroom.
On this level are various patios with outdoor tables and chairs for outside dining or relaxing.
By the pool is a barbeque area, and the large grassed area provides ample space for children to play. At a short distance are a variety of restaurants or the “Algarve Shopping” mall at Guia and Albufeira town centre are both approximately 6 km away.
