On the ground floor near the pool, there is a full bathroom with shower and a veranda furnished with a table and chairs. Outside, there is a garden, a Cornilleau ping pong table, a large wood-fired or charcoal barbecue, and a splendid 6x12 pool with diving board and solarium, equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs, professional umbrellas, and a beautiful 7-person spa jacuzzi. Furthermore, the pool is equipped with a telescopic sliding cover that allows you to quickly and easily cover and uncover it. This is very useful for protecting the pool from weather elements such as rain and wind, but also for maintaining the water temperature at night and increasing it during the day. A newly built outdoor brick kitchen is also available, complete with barbecue and stove, TV, table football, wooden lounge area, table and chairs, where you can enjoy unforgettable barbecue lunches and dinners. It is also very convenient in the winter, as it is enclosed by beautiful sliding glass doors. There are also padel courts and a brand new multi-purpose court for pickleball, volleyball, and five-a-side football (use arrangements to be agreed with the owner).
