The house is situated on the channel which leads to the open sea and offers enough space for six on about 150 square metre room. You live in a quiet area and you will find a supermarket within the next 200 m.

The house contains 3 bedrooms, a big living/dining room and a kitchen, two comfortable showers including two toilets and a washing machine.

In the living room there is a fireplace, a tempting sitting area, a dining table for six, a radio with CD, TV with satellite connection. The kitchen offers you a big fridge and all you need for the cooking's.

Enjoy the sun on the big terrace and your parties in the evening under the covered part of it including a magnificent view to the Pyreneans and to La Escala. Nice garden furniture available. All you need is sun, fun and nothing to do!

Please bring your own blankets and towels with you.
Next to the house there is a berth for your motorboat.
