AGRITURISMO CASA GREPPO

Greppo is a house in a beautiful location on a hill at 450 meters above sea level, near "Rotecastello" in Umbria, between Todi, Orvieto and Perugia. The house is surrounded by about 20 hectares of land with olive trees and offers a beautiful panoramic view.
The old stone house was carefully restored and four inviting apartments were created. All the four apartments have their own heating with methane gas, household appliances, fully-equipped kitchens, bed linen and hand towels, crockery, cutlery and glasses. The interiors and the furnishings have been selected to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay. The apartments are near each other but are completely independent. They can be rented individually or all together, providing ideal options for larger families or groups.
There is also a swimming pool on site for all guests. It measures 14 x 7m and has a maximum depth of 1.60m and a minimum depth of 1m. It is open from June to mid-September, depending on the weather. A vegetable garden is also available.
"Rotecastello" is a medieval gem with a watchtower. It is easy to get to it and the surrounding hills, valleys and other small medieval villages, away from mass tourism.

apt 02 "Il Mandorlo", 95 sq. m/1023 sq. ft., three bedrooms, two bathrooms, sleeps up to 7;

apt 03 "L'Ulivo", 110 sq. m/1184 sq. ft., two bedrooms, two bathrooms, sleeps up to 6;

apt 04 "Il Melograno", 85 sq. m/862 sq. ft., two bedrooms, two bathrooms, sleeps up to 6.
