Villa Maurice is an Individual Privately owned Self Catering Villa for rent in Mauritius and has been built to the highest specification. Four Double Bedrooms, Private Outdoor Pool, En-suites with Private Gardens. Our Housekeeper visits the Villa three days a week to look after your needs and do cleaning and housework.

The Villa is located in a small private complex that has 24 hour Security Controlled Gated Access. For added peace of mind and comfort, should you wish, it has its own alarm system which is monitored remotely by a rapid response security company.
It is completely private and not overlooked by any other properties.

Local craftsman skills have been used extensively throughout the Villa with Handmade beds and furniture, extensive use of Hardwood in the Villa, and a beautiful Balau Timber Hardwood Pool Deck. The pool is lined with Indian Slate and is Salt chlorinated so no chemicals are used. Undercover Private Parking is available for two cars with direct access to the Villa. There is even a small separate and sheltered shallow pool suitable for young children (approximately 12 inches deep).
