Location and description of residence:
new apartment house right in the center of Hurghada, just 2 min. walk from the Sheraton main street, filled with a variety of boutiques, restaurants, cafes and other tourist facilities. Just 200m from the house is a Metro supermarket, 100m laundry and mini market.

Description of the apartment:
new fully furnished air-conditioned 1 bedroom apartment with terrace, suitable for 2+2 people (1x double bed in bedroom with 1 double sofa in the living room). The apartment is fully equipped with appliances (fridge, ceramic hob, microwave oven with grill, coffeemaker, LED TV, satellite, air conditioning in both rooms), basic dishes, linens and towels. The apartment is located on 4 floors with elevator and has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea.

Beach:
publicly accessible beach about 400m from the house for a fee only 10 EGP (approx. 1,25 EUR / day).

Prices for accommodation:
prices are per apartment for 2 persons (additional persons at extra cost). Possibility to rent for any number of days - at least a week. Prices are the same for any season. Possibility of long-term lease for the individual prices. Accommodation also for mixed pair.

Price includes:
rent apartment, water, electricity, final cleaning, bed linen and towels for paying persons.


The possibility of additional optional services:
